Chair Yoga
Mondays, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
The Chair Yoga class uses a chair for standing and seated support. It is an effective and gentle way to build strength, stamina and flexibility while cultivating a sense of peace and well-being. It will improve muscle imbalances, increase range of movement, and build confidence in daily living skills.
Whitney Kielwasser is a SCW Certified Group EX instructor and has enjoyed teaching exercise classes since 2015. Her classes include proper movement, breathing techniques, correct posture and stability thru balance and strength. Whitney currently teaches at the Dripping Springs YMCA and House of Flow Yoga. Her classes include Sr. Strong, Chair Yoga, Barre, and mat Pilates. She finds joy in every class she teaches and considers those who share her passion for fitness to be a friend.
